| The large 2 digit number in the center is the "target identification" number (ID) or VDI as some call it. The numbers below correspond the buried object's "Target ID" numbers for the Garrett AT Pro. Keep in mind as with most all metal detectors with or without "Target ID".... Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Steel and Lead can show up as any of these numbers from around 38 and up depending on size and shape. Iron and Steel are no longer among these now with Garrett AT Pro they now can be quickly identified by pushing the "Iron Audio" button. |
